Product made from a mixture of shredded cod in a sauce made from olive oil, onion, garlic, carrot and béchamel sauce.
Instructions for use
Oven 35 to 45 minutes
Microwave 7 to 9 minutes
Traditional oven: Pré-aquecer o forno a 180°C, durante 5minutes. Sem descongelação prévia, retirar a película protectora de plástico, colocar a embalagem no forno e deixar confecionar durante 35 a 40 minutes, gratinar até ficar dourado.
Microwave: Sem descongelação prévia, retirar o invólucro da embalagem, cobrir com película ou tampa própria para micro-ondas, aquecer a cerca de 700W durante aproximadamente 7 a 8 minutes. Se o micro-ondas tiver grill, deixe gratinar até ficar dourado.
