Preparation

Switch on the oven at 200°C and allow to heat up. Meanwhile, line a tart dish with the puff pastry, prick the bottom of the dough with a fork, and place the still half-frozen codfish balls on top.
In a bowl, mix the cream with the eggs, season with salt and stir well.
Then pour the mixture into the pastry and bake for 30 minutes.
Finally, remove the dish from the oven, remove the tart from the dish and serve warm or cold, sprinkled with chopped parsley.

2dl cream
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
chopped parsley to taste
